Vintage 1975 Franklin Mint Silver Family Bible Catholic NAB Text Heirloom Edition.  Bound in a stunning sculptured sterling silver cover that contains over 12 ounces of silver.  Over 1400 pages each edged with pure 24k Gold.  


These Bibles are highly prized by collectors for their exquisite craftsmanship and unique historical illustrations. Key details include:

 

  • Design: Designed by Spanish silversmith Oriol Sunyer, the cover depicts the Four Evangelists (Mark, Matthew, Luke, and John).
  • Illustrations: It uniquely features 40 illustrations from the mid-14th century Queen Mary Psalter, making them the first to appear in any printed Bible. 
  • Content: These Bibles include over 1,400 pages, family history record sections, and copious study aids and study helps. (This one is previously owned, but only page that was commissioned on was the family name page.  Everything else was left blank.
